Job OverviewThe Customer Service / Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
You help handle basic inquires such as store location and hours, product availability, order statuses, and pricing.
You also help to maintain showroom and sample department supply and organization.
DutiesGreet and welcome clientsIntroduce showroom clients to sales representativesAssist with answering phone calls and handle basic inquires according to company scriptAssist with transferring phone calls to the appropriate department or representativeMaintain a neat and organized workspace and maintain organization in the showroom and sample departmentAssist in inventory cyclesWork within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.
Any other duties required of the positionMinimum QualificationsHigh School Degree or Equivalent at a minimumExcellent and professional phone, email, and computer skillsFriendly and outgoing personalityPositive attitudeExcellent and professional phone skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to multitask and assist more than one client at a timePossess a flexible work scheduleAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
