We are a couple looking to share our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. We've rented this house together for almost 8 years. We have 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom available for individuals, another couple, or perhaps a single parent with a child. Our lease is month-to-month, but we are only interested in tenants who could become long-term renters (6+ months). We have two private bedrooms with private bath available March 1st, 2024. The house is a tri-level with bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Bedroom floors are carpeted. We can also offer shared use of the kitchen, laundry room, and family room. There is plenty of street parking in a quiet, established neighborhood. We are located in South San Jose near highways 85, 87, and 101. We are close to plenty of shopping and restaurants, including Oakridge Mall. There is also a beautiful walking trail down the street. First and last month's rent due upon move-in. If the new tenant takes both available bedrooms and the available bathroom, rent is $2200/mo and they would be responsible for 50% of utilities ~ $350/mo. If the new tenant takes only 1 bedroom and shares the bathroom with a separate tenant, rent is $1100/mo they will be responsible for 25% of utilities. We live with a sweet Doberman puppy named Zeus, but we are not able to take on new roommates who also have pets. All prospective tenants must apply to be on the lease through our property management.
