Other restaurants, coffee shops are also right around the corner. Parks at walking distance, if you like outdoors/greenery. Plenty of evening hang out spots for fun and restaurants. Approx. 1 mile from SJSU campus. House/Room: You will be taking one of the bedrooms. The restroom is shared with one other room. The house has all major appliances like a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven. Utilities are ~$200/month/person. (electricity + gas + trash + internet + water) The house has both central heating and cooling. Cars can be parked in the driveway or spots in the back. Cannot accommodate pets.
