The room has its own controlled thermostat with air conditioning and heat. The room has a large closet for clothes and storage. The renter will NOT have general house privileges (ie, laundry, kitchen, garage access). This room rental is strictly for the room only. The room has its own private bathroom and access to front porch. I welcome a bbq grill that can be located on porch and next to room entryway. The laundromat is located within a couple miles vicinity. I am a single professional female who resides in the house with a friendly 15lb mutt. The house has plenty of street parking in the area. Easy access to 87, 280 and 85 freeways. The plant is close by - Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc.
