About the place: The house is a well maintained 5 bedroom, 3 bath in a quiet community. The bedroom is furnished with a desk, chair and bed frame and mattress if needed. Rent includes the Internet, water and garbage disposal. Utilities (PG&E bills) are split evenly between housemates, about $45/month/person, varies depends on usage of course. About the housemates: We have pretty regular schedules, some of us work from home some of the time, and don't make a lot of noise.
